Rattray Avenue

A conceptual steel frame kit-home design for a steeply sloping coastal site in Hideaway bay, Queensland. The house is elevated lightly above the landscape to minimise site disturbance while capturing expansive ocean views and prevailing breezes. Upper-level living spaces and wrap-around verandahs maximise outlook and passive climate response, demonstrating how a refined, lightweight kit-home system can be adapted to challenging terrain without compromising design quality.
